pre orders

You can pre-order K-Pop products that have not yet been released from us. Corresponding articles are marked with the additional text "[PRE-ORDER]".

Pre-order products are ordered as normal and paid for with a payment method of your choice as part of the ordering process.

As soon as the article has appeared in Korea and arrived at our warehouse in Germany, it will be sent to you.

The delivery time from Korea to our warehouse is currently around 10 - 14 days. Unfortunately, there can always be slight delays in delivery due to customs controls or delays by our carrier. But we will always keep you up to date!

Pre-order products are shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse in Dusseldorf, Germany.

It usually takes about seven to ten working days after release in Korea before we can start shipping to our customers.

For a few products, it will take longer than the seven to ten business days mentioned above.

You can find the estimated delivery date for an item on the relevant product page.

The same cancellation policy applies to pre-order products as to all other products. :)

If you place an order that contains both available and pre-order products, your entire order will only be shipped after the pre-order product has reached our warehouse.

So it often makes sense to order products that are in stock separately from pre-order products.


Your order will usually reach you within Germany within 1-3 days after receipt of your order confirmation. All orders that we receive before 12 noon are processed on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon can only be processed the following day. There is no shipping on Sundays and public holidays.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS from us with a link to track the shipment with DHL or DPD.

If you have an account with us, you can simply log in with your access data and find your order under "My Orders". There you can see all the information about your order at a glance, including the current status.

From €59, shipping to Germany is free. Your delivery usually reaches you within 1-3 days.

Sundays and public holidays may extend your delivery time slightly.

We ship with DHL or DPD, depending on availability. You can find a detailed overview of our shipping conditions on our shipping information page .


In principle, it is not possible to subsequently cancel or change an order. If you have a cancellation or change request, please contact us immediately so that we can help you in time!

Please contact us if you wish to return an order. As a rule, you have 14 days to do this after you have received your delivery.

Please note the legal framework, which you can find described in more detail here .

Most importantly, media items (CDs/DVDs/Blu-Rays etc.) cannot be accepted as a return if the foil has been removed.

After we have received your return, you will receive your money back within 14 days.

Please note that in the event of a cancellation, you will have to bear the costs for the return shipment. Unfortunately, this is necessary because returns are extremely expensive for us as a retailer and we would otherwise have to increase the prices overall - we want to avoid that.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Düsseldorf within 24 hours. All orders received before 1am will be processed the same day; Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during sales and on or around public holidays.

We aim to send your order confirmation email within moments of placing your order. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder as the email may have ended up there. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, please contact our customer service.


If items are sold out, that means for us of course that you are particularly interested in the respective band.

We try to have these items back in stock in our warehouse as soon as possible.

You can register for an email notification on the respective product page. Then you won't miss when there's new stock again.

So far we are purely an online shop. However, we plan to open stores in the future to give you a better shopping experience.

So support us as a follower on Instagram and TikTok and with positive reviews so that this dream can come true as soon as possible.

Posters are shipped either rolled or folded. On the individual product pages you will find more information about the shipping method for the poster.

Sure, of course! All of our products are 100% official and authentic from Korea. If we ever sell fan-made items, we will explicitly write this in the description of the respective product so that there is no confusion. 🙂

We regularly get new shipments from Korea. So it's worth following us on Instagram or TikTok so as not to miss anything.
